Starting in front-end and mobile recruitment, he later led teams across engineering, data, Ai, and product, earning a reputation for always delivering and genuinely caring. He co-founded Pair People to bridge a gap he kept seeing: great tech talent craving purpose, and mission-driven founders struggling to find it. His focus now is simple, pair top builders with companies creating real-world impact.

Cormac began his recruitment career in 2014 as the first hire for a global agency expanding into Sydney, going on to scale the team to 70+ and lead as Director of Technology. Over the years, he’s helped build standout teams for startups, scale-ups, and multinationals across Development, Data, and AI. At Pair People, he’s focused on doing things differently - more human, more honest, and always tied to purpose. For Cormac, recruitment isn’t just about headcount - it’s about pairing the right people with the right missions.

Mike has over a decade of experience in tech recruitment, he specialises in hiring top-tier software engineers and has built a reputation as a trusted partner to forward-thinking businesses. He's worked across a wide range of domains FinTech, Fashion, EdTech, and InsurTech - bringing a versatile and informed perspective to each engagement. He collaborates closely with leadership teams to scale their technical hiring strategies - offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring roadmaps. He co-founded Pair People to make hiring more intentional - ensuring every hire supports both the mission and the long-term growth goals..
